Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms govern access to and use of the Tech Hunter website, enquiries, demonstrations, online purchases, ready-made software products, custom development, websites, mobile applications, business systems, hosting-related services, support and maintenance.

By accessing the website, submitting an enquiry, requesting a demo, accepting a quotation or proposal, making a payment, activating a product or otherwise using a Tech Hunter service, you agree to these Terms and any applicable project-specific terms.

Company identity

Tech Hunters Digital Solutions and Tech Hunters are trading and brand names operated by TECH HUNTERS (PRIVATE) LIMITED, Company No. PV 00367110.

Business location: Taladuwa Road, Negombo, Sri Lanka.

Website information and service descriptions

Screenshots, demonstrations, feature lists, timelines and examples may be illustrative. Final features, pricing and delivery depend on the selected package, business requirements, integrations, hosting, users, branches, customisation and project scope.

Quotations, proposals and orders

An enquiry or demo request does not by itself create an obligation to supply a product or service. An order is accepted when Tech Hunters confirms acceptance and any required payment, deposit, scope or customer information has been approved.

Prices and payments

Unless otherwise stated, prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees. Taxes, gateway charges, hosting, domains, messaging, third-party subscriptions or other applicable costs may be added where relevant.

Payments may be full, deposit-based, milestone-based or recurring depending on the applicable order or quotation.

Software licences

Unless ownership is expressly transferred in writing, customers receive a limited licence to use supplied software for authorised business operations.

A one-time software fee does not automatically include source-code ownership, unlimited installations, lifetime upgrades, lifetime support, cloud hosting or unrestricted resale rights.

Intellectual property and source code

Tech Hunters retains ownership of its pre-existing code, reusable frameworks, libraries, templates, design systems, tools, know-how, documentation, generic modules and product architecture.

Any transfer of source code or exclusive intellectual-property rights must be expressly stated in a written project document.

Customer data and content

Customers retain their rights in business data, customer records, product data, images, text, trademarks and other materials supplied to Tech Hunters.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the lawful right to provide such data and content.

Hosting and third-party services

Hosting, domains, payment gateways, messaging services, cloud platforms, APIs, app stores and other integrations may be supplied by third parties. Their availability, pricing and policies may be outside Tech Hunters' direct control.

Custom development and scope changes

Custom development is based on the approved scope, requirements, proposal, feature list or statement of work. Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional fees and revised timelines.

Testing, support and maintenance

Customers are responsible for business acceptance testing before production use. Ongoing maintenance, hosting administration, backups, monitoring, training, on-site services or priority support are included only where stated in the applicable package or agreement.

Demo and evaluation access

Demo environments are for evaluation only and may contain sample data, restricted functionality or temporary credentials. Demo access may expire automatically and must not be used for unauthorised copying, reverse engineering, security testing or production activity.

Cancellations and refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase, stage of delivery and applicable mandatory consumer law.

Custom-development payments relating to work already performed, resources reserved or third-party costs incurred may be non-refundable to that extent. Activated software and subscriptions may also be subject to specific cancellation conditions.

Acceptable use and security

Users must not upload malware, attack or bypass security, scrape protected information, misuse credentials, reverse engineer protected software, impersonate others or use Tech Hunters systems for unlawful activities.

Privacy and personal data

Personal data may be processed to operate the website, respond to enquiries, administer accounts, support customers, process transactions and provide services in accordance with the Tech Hunter Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.

Availability and backups

Internet-based services cannot be guaranteed to operate without interruption. Backup responsibilities depend on the relevant deployment model and support plan.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability may be limited for indirect or consequential losses, third-party failures, unsupported infrastructure, unauthorised customer changes or failure to maintain required backups.

Nothing in these Terms removes statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Suspension and termination

Tech Hunters may suspend access or pause work where payment is overdue, use creates a material security risk, a customer materially breaches the Terms or continued service would violate law or third-party requirements.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka unless mandatory law or a signed enterprise agreement requires otherwise.

The parties should first attempt in good faith to resolve disputes through direct discussion before formal proceedings.
